Cable Tray & cable ladder

A cable tray system is used to support insulated electric cables used for power distribution and communication. Cable trays are also used as an alternative to open wiring or electrical conduit and are commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction.

All Cable trays are made from pre galvanized ST37 Tensile strength steel.

We offer two types of galvanized cable trays and cable ladders, the first one where hot dipped pre galvanized is punched and then galvanized.

The other type is punching an already galvanized sheet.

Preference is given to the first method.

  • Design 2 heavy duty return flange comply with international standard.
  • Coupler set are made of 2 pieces including 8 bolts and 8 nuts.
  • Other special accessories are done upon request.

Green Houses

A greenhouse (also called a glasshouse or a hothouse) is a building or complex in which plants are grown.

A greenhouse is a structural building with different types of covering materials, such as a glass or plastic roof and frequently glass or plastic walls; it heats up because incoming visible sunshine is absorbed inside the structure. Air warmed by the heat from warmed interior surfaces is retained in the building by the roof and wall; the air that is warmed near the ground is prevented from rising indefinitely and flowing away. This is not the same mechanism as the “greenhouse effect”.

Hot Dip Galvanizing

Hot-dip galvanization is the process of coating iron, steel or aluminum with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc. Galvanizing protects steel by acting as a barrier between steel and the atmosphere.

The durability of hot dip galvanized coatings reduces the overall life-cycle expenses of maintenance and coating re-application in the future.

Steel left unprotected can succumb to corrosion. For sustainability, steel must be coated to improve durability. Zinc and steel have high recycling rate, which factors into LEED ratings, and high reclamation rate.

When steel is hot dip galvanized, the zinc metallurgically bonds to steel, creating a series of zinc-iron alloy layers which protect the underlying steel from corrosion.

    • TOLAN lighting of ALMERRIKH stadium, the largest stadium in the Sudan.

We manufactured 4 towers, 35 meters in length each and the  head frame height is 7 meters. Each tower holds 60 Arena Vision Flood lights and the design of lighting according to national FIFA Standard.

We manufactured 4 towers,  each tower is 25 meters meters in length. Each tower holds 12 Arena Vision Flood lights and the design of lighting according to national FIFA Standard.


    • TOLAN lighting of Malakal stadium.

We manufactured 4 towers,  each tower is 18 meters meters in length. Each tower holds 6 Arena Vision Flood lights and the design of lighting according to national FIFA Standard.
